I went outside today to mail a few things & came a cross a beautiful spider web draped between my rose bushes. I called the kids outside & got my camera to take a picture & just when I was ready to snap the picture one of our kittens walked through it. So... the kids & I went outside to the backyard (still in our PJ's) to find another spider web. We found tons of them, but we also found much more. We found beauty that is overlooked because some days we are to busy to see it. We saw the handiwork of a creative God that never slumbers who created this world to be beautiful & to be enjoyed. These photos were all taken this morning & I find them just breathtaking! I LOVE this God I serve. :-)

spectacular! I LOVE those cobweb shots, and the pumpkin, and oh. .all of them!!! we are such kindred spirits, truly, this is what happens to me so often. I get caught up in the splendor and majesty of creation and can't contain myself. It's the greatest art from the greatest artist. Love you and loved this post. (sorry it's taken me five days to get here, I don't make the rounds of my google reader subscriptions as fast as I used to! but I know you will understand that and not hold it against me)
Thanks prairie chick ... I love those photos too!! Not because I took them, but that God allowed me to see them, capture them & be able to look at them again & again. I understand you completely in this area...art straight from the hand of God surrounds us, we need only pause long enough to see it!
Love the pictures of you boys looking through the web! Adorable!
Thanks!
Great pics! You do really well with your camera!
