Bath time

Bubble Bath Time
Once I’m in my bubble bath
I like to stir up more.
Half the suds go in my eyes
And half go on the floor.
The fun is in the bubbles‘cause
They giggle on my skin,
And when I stick them on my face
They dangle from my chin.
When I splash them hard enough
They pop and disappear,
Then my bath time’s over ‘cause
I’v made the water clear!

My boys sure do love their bubble baths! They have so much fun in there. I only let them take a bath in this tub once a week, because my nerves can't handle much more. Rylan makes such a mess, he splashes the walls, floors and anyone close by. Hopefully as he gets older he won't make such a mess in there!

There's no fun, like snow fun!

We have had so much in the snow! We have been sledding down the hill by our driveway! There wasn't much snow, but it sure was slick!

Tag you're it!

Katrina @ Simple Life Moments tagged me. This is my fourth picture file (from the bottom) and the fourth picture.

This is a photo of my boys dressed up for the Church Fall party. Rylan is a cowboy, and Cameron is Indiana Jones. It may sound funny, but that costume was an answer to prayer. Cameron wanted to dress up like Indiana Jones and of course I couldn't find a costume, so... I got this one together. He had the pants and boots, so we needed a shirt, hat and whip . I was at walmart and only had $10 to spend on that so I prayed something to this effect... Lord, I know you probably don't care about costumes, but my little boy does. Is there anyway you could help me find a shirt and hat for less than $10? I found the hat for $5 and spray painted it brown, I bought a piece of ribbon and sewed it around, the shirt was in the women's section (shh don't tell him) for $3 and the whip came in a little cheap toy kit for a couple of dollars. I also spray painted it brown. I find it amazing that the God of the UNIVERSE cares about our silly little requests!
I tag Joy, Prairie Chick, Brandie and Della!

Go to your 4th picture folder and post the fourth picture. ( I posted my 4th folder from the bottom, 4th picture / the other one was someone else's house)

Family Fun

A friendly game of "Operation" gone bad!
Cameron, Rylan and my husband were all playing the game "Operation" that we got for Christmas. I looked over when I heard screamimg and Cameron spitting out something onto the operation board. My husband was laughing so hard that he couldn't even tell me what happened. He then explained that the boys started fussing about whose turn it was and put their heads together and Rylan karate slapped Cameron right in the mouth. To everyone's great surprise it was enough force to knock his (already very loose) tooth clean out.
Rylan is a little
worried about what he did to his brother.

The tooth that came out.

He doesn't look like he could do a thing like that, does he? Oh, the stories we can tell later!

... eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot... Ex. 21:24
Uh,oh Rylan, you better watch out! :-)

I sure do love you two!

Fabulous Fall !

Last week we set out to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and scenery.
This was the view at the end of our hike, isn't it beautiful!!

It doesn't get much sweeter than this!

You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Isaiah 55:12
